If I remember correctly, I think she used the karaoke version of 'Love Story' or something like that by Taylor Swift, and then recorded her song on top of it.

Yeah I found that out when my sister was like....."this is just a re-make of some popular song....." Oh well. Love this song! LOVE IT!!!!!!! I am listening to it...RIGHT NOW.
