Maybe a little dusting once or twice a year, but barely ever enough to even make a snowball to throw at someone. Apparently a few years before I moved to where I live now, they had proper snow, but I wasn't there for that. Otherwise we just get ice as well.  Where I used to live, we had snow maybe 5 times a year, and at least one that was good enough to go sledding and make snowmen.
