It sounds like OKINAWA feeling. She could be a singer / song writer from OKINAWA or AMAMI.

Actually you know now that I look at him, I think it's the hammer bottom right, one to the left, the body looks fantastic, but the head is really off. I would give it more of a cybernetic head, this one, I dunno, it really doesn't match the body at all...
